21st Annual Running WAter PowWow - Cherokee Homecoming and Ripe Corn Festival. Native American Indians gather from the North, South and Central America to dance and sing to several drum groups and to compete with each other in the dance arena. Over 50 arts and crafts and food booth will be set up selling or demonstrating the crafts they make. Primitive skills demonstrated in Bow and Arrow making, Hide Tanning, Flute making, Corn Shuck Doll Making, Wigwam display. 

Native American storytelling by Fred Bradley and musical entertainment during the breaks by Dave "White Wolf," Charlie Wayne and Vickie Hutto.

Competition and Exhibition dancing with over 125 dancers dressed in full regalia.  The grand entry will be at 1:00pm and 7:00pm on Saturday, and 1:00 on Sunday. The Grand entry is the parade of all dancers into the arena to begin the dancing.
