January 25-June 9- "Plant Lore of the Cherokee"
Learn how the Cherokees used plants in their daily lives, including how plants were gathered for healing purposes. Many of the old ways of using plants for curing illnesses were passed on to the white settlers by the Cherokees. Many are still used today. Admission: adults-$5.00, senior citizens-$3.00 & students- $2.00. Regular museum hours, Wed. - Sat. 10 to 5, Museum members are free.
