While there is still snow resting on the ground throughout the county, the Greater Rome Convention & Visitors Bureau (GRCVB) is already planning for the bright days of the upcoming spring.
The GRCVB is seeking calendar submissions for all events through 2011. Approved events will be marketed by the GRCVB in publications, advertisements and submitted to the Tourism office of the State Department of Economic Development for the state calendar of events.
In order for to be included in the Spring into Rome printed calendar of events that is distributed around the state, the GRCVB must receive the event submission by February 18, 2011 for all events spanning from March 1, 2011 to June 15, 2011. All events must be submitted electronically on www.romegeorgia.org under the Event Submission Form.
Events must fall within the requirements of the GRCVB calendar policy, which is available on their website.
