Adcock to sign books at visitor center

ROME, GA. — The Rome - Floyd Visitor Center and the Last Stop Gift Shop will host author Lonie B. Adcock for a book signing on Saturday, January 21.

 

Adcock is the author of "Memories of an Old Geezer," a memoir of 80 years in Rome. Born in 1930, his story includes his education in Rome, service in the Army, and 32 years with the Rome Police Department.

 

Adcock will be signing copies of his book from 11am - 2pm. Copies will be available of purchase. Light refreshments will be served.
