The Christmas High Tea Menu features one of our classic tea sandwiches, cucumber with lemon thyme cream cheese and a delicious mini spinach quiche. “We’ve been serving these two dishes for years to our B & B guests and for wedding showers, we wanted all locals to have an opportunity to experience these signature Claremont dishes,” say owner Holly McHaggee. Special seasonal tea sandwiches include fig and prosciutto, and turkey with cranberry and stuffing. Assorted sweets include swirl cookies, sugar cookies, homemade peppermint marshmallows, and cranberry pavlova. Fresh fruit and pumpkin scones served with pomegranate curd and whipped cream complete the meal.
