Fall calendar of events being compiled
ROME, GA. — The Greater Rome Convention & Visitors Bureau (GRCVB) is seeking calendar submissions for all fall events taking place in Rome and Floyd County this year.
Approved events will be marketed by the GRCVB in publications, advertisements and submitted to the tourism division of the State Department of Economic Development for the Georgia calendar of events.
To be included in the fall printed calendar, the GRCVB must receive the submission by August 19, 2011 for all events spanning from September 1, 2011 to November 30, 2011. All events must be submitted electronically on www.romegeorgia.org under the Event Submission Form.
Events must fall within the requirements of the GRCVB calendar policy, which is available on their website.
