
What is the Superstar of Service Award?
Throughout the year, the Greater Rome Convention & Visitors Bureau will honor front-line employees in the local hospitality and service industry. Employees who go above normal service expectations to provide the finest experience to visitors and residents of Rome & Floyd County are recognized with a Superstar of Service Award.
This quarterly award is presented to the front-line employee who receives the highest reviews from visitors and residents. The Board of Directors of the GRCVB will select the winner based on nominations submitted. Winners receive a prize package from the GRCVB, a trophy and local recognition.
Who is eligible?
Anyone who lives or works in Rome or Floyd County is eligible for the award. Not limited to the hospitality industry, all employees who regularly interact with the public may be nominated.
How do I nominate someone for the award?
Do you know someone who deserves recognition for their outstanding service? Nomination forms are available in the Rome - Floyd Visitor Center, area hotels, restaurants and attractions. Nominations are due on the last Friday of each quarter.
